We’re excited to offer a carefully selected group of Ochiba Nisai Koi, imported from Japan in January 2025. These koi are in their second year of life (Nisai) and currently measure approximately 20–30 cm, making them ideal for hobbyists seeking both beauty and future growth potential.
Ochiba Shigure, meaning “fallen leaves on water,” is a poetic and fitting name for this koi variety. These koi feature a soft, silvery or blue-grey base overlaid with rich bronze or copper-colored patterns—reminiscent of autumn leaves floating on a calm pond. The subtle contrast and natural earth tones make Ochiba koi a tranquil yet striking addition to any collection.
