- Policy around returns, exchanges, damages and DOA:
- We unfortunately do not accept any exchanges on any parcels that leave our store. If a product is faulty, it should be shipped back to Bubbly Fish, Shop 1, 77 Pellissier Drive, Pellissier, Bloemfontein, 9301. All products need to be in the same condition and in the original package as received. You will be responsible for the shipping fees on any and all returns. We will be in contact after we have received and inspected your product.
- Damaged goods should be reported to Bubbly Fish as soon as Courier deliver to your door. If any parcel is damaged during shipping, please make sure to write a note on the waybill which you have to sign when accepting your parcel. Your signature is to approve that you have accepted your parcel and that there were no damages on the parcel.
- All live stock will be covered by our DOA (Dead on arrival) policy. Any DOA livestock will be refunded or replaced. Customers will need to send a clear video or photo of the livestock in the unopened bag within 1 (one) hour of delivery or first attempt of delivery.
- Please note that we do not ship any frozen food at the moment.
- We try our best to wrap and secure all aquariums and have had many successful deliveries. We try and keep our aquarium prices as low as possible and for this reason only, we can not take any responsibility on shipping out any aquariums. You are more than welcome to send your own courier to collect from us and we will still do our best to wrap and secure all aquariums for shipping.
